The price, location and the room amenities (fridge, microwave) all very good when travelling on a budget with young children staff was friendly, courteous and helpful especially the manger Bilal

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, found a bug possibly a bed bug in the room. carpet needed cleaning

The front desk was a bit messy and disorganized except from that it was great staying here

The rooms here are newly renovated and are very clean. It has lcd tv, Microwave and refrigerator. Also comes with free parking and wifi. The rooms are huge, two queen size beds. It was best for price vs services provided. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the Outlet mall and only 5 minutes drive to the falls. Nothing spectacular about the front desk/lobby, but again the rooms will give you a totally different experience. Washroom was very clean and the air condition worked despite the boiling temperature out on that day.

Front Desk had difficulty finding our reservation but that was nothing to complain about much :)

Hotel staffs are very polite and professional. Public transportation is at the front of hotel. You can take redline bus to city and then transfer to greenline for Train station/Greyhound bus. Whole day unlimited ride is $10. The restaurant is at the premise, withreasonable price.

room location was excellent right in front of parking lot where I parked my car. Comfortable environment in the room with lcd tvs adds more value. very much convenient and accessible to all amenities.

central location, comfortable beds, nice and clean. The staff was excellent and helpful all the time. Very good value for money

Firstly location was very good neither far nor very close to the falls on the center of Lundy's lane. Secondly the staff response was remarkable and open 24 hours and always helpful. Thirdly comfortable beds, good heating in the rooms, and finally a Jamaican restaurant adds more value for money.

Snow but one can't complaint about the piles of snow everywhere.

Overall experience was excellent including the supportive staff, excellent facilities like Plasmas, free internet and ajacent dining facility. It was nice to live at this motel and will come again and absolutely recommed for others too.

The beds were okay. There was a fridge, microwave and new TV. Room not ready when we arrrived so took a room with 2 Queen Beds

Office closed often, no ice, no glasses, limited towels, no bedspreads, unclean

They did not come to clean and there was lots of bugs in the room. Also when you go to talk to someone one is ever there.

- dirty sheets -did not clean room one morning -no shampoo/conditioner - did not give us the king room i booked.
